Theisens.com Return Policy?
Theisens.com has a detailed Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
For returns, all items must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. The returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item, it should be securely placed in its original packaging, and mailed to the following address: Theisens.com Attn: Returns 6201 Chavenelle Road Dubuque, IA 52002 United States. Please note, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. It is strongly recommended to use a trackable method to mail the return. After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of the item, the return will be processed. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of the item to process the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the credit card statement, depending on the credit card company. An email notification will be sent when the return has been processed.
There are some exceptions to the return policy. The following items cannot be returned: Firearms, "Dot Sale" Clearance Merchandise, Special Orders, Items listed as "Currently Available Online Only", Out-of-Season Merchandise, and Items that use gas, oil, and diesel products.
For the shipping policy, Theisens.com offers free standard shipping on clothing and footwear orders over $49. They also offer expedited shipping at rates calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 12 PM Central will be processed that day and typically shipped out within two business days. Items ordered after 12 PM Central will be processed the following day and typically shipped out within two business days. Please note that this is a general guideline and shipping can take longer depending on the circumstances. Orders may be processed but not picked up by the carrier on weekends. Orders will not be processed on holidays in which the stores are closed. Theisens.com does not offer international shipping. There are also some shipping restrictions, including hazardous materials, products considered 'oversized' by carriers, orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, and orders cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
